Courage Before Confidence

Courage is faithful action before fear has disappeared.

Joshua received a difficult assignment after a towering leader. God did not promise that Joshua would feel naturally confident; he promised to be with him.

Confidence often grows after repeated obedience, not before it. Courage begins when the presence and command of God become more decisive than the voice of fear.

Take the next action small enough to do today and meaningful enough to be faithful.
