Privacy and account requests
You may use support@verumbible.com to ask about account deletion, access to account information, correction of account information, or other privacy questions. Please describe the account email and request without sending a password, authentication code, or private study notes. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on an account-specific request.
Signed-in users can use the Profile page’s Delete account control as the preferred self-service path. It requires deliberate confirmation and sends a server-authorized request to delete the account and account-linked application data described in the Privacy Policy. If the request does not complete, email the support address above.
What makes a useful report
- For a Scripture-text issue, include the translation, book, chapter, verse, and exact wording shown.
- For an interpretation or historical claim, quote the sentence and identify a source that should be considered.
- For a technical problem, include the page, device type, browser, what you expected, and what happened.
- For artwork or accessibility, describe what is obscured, cropped, unreadable, mislabeled, or difficult to operate.
Protect your privacy
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, private Bible notes, precise location, medical records, financial information, or other sensitive personal data in feedback. Verum Bible will never need your password to investigate a content or layout problem.
